uLTRA SERIES – PARKRUN

Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning.

On 6 January 2024, the crazy phenomenon that is 24 parkruns in 24 hours is coming to Sydney.  Starting with an official parkrun at Camden, the next 23 are completely unofficial, all in the name of raising funds for The Run Beyond Project!!  Runners will tackle 24 different parkruns around Sydney and surrounds in a 24 hour period. Run 1 parkrun, run a handful or run them all. Set your own goals.

Sydney events and portrait photograher – paul mcmillan

Originally a journalist, Paul McMillan was handed a battered Nikon F90 on his first day at the Southern Highland News. As his interest in photography grew, he discovered he had a natural eye for a great shot. Three years later, he abandoned the words and decided to let his lens do the talking.
Now a qualified photographer based in Sydney, Paul’s areas of expertise have expanded to cover events, portraits and documentary photography. Each image is proof of his professional eye, fresh conceptual thinking and genuine love of craft for every job. And it’s this attitude that he’ll bring to your job too!

NORTH SHORE COACHING COLLEGE CHARITY FOUNDATION

North Shore Coaching College Charity Foundation in Memory of Mrs Demi Mak was formed following the passing of Mrs Demi Mak, our Founder in 2020.

Mrs Mak was a generous and humble lady, a capable businesswoman and a fearless leader, who supported worthy causes throughout her life. Investment income from the funds in the Foundation will be donated to support charitable works in a way that Mrs Mak would have supported.
